Most orders ship the same day they are placed. We ship via UPS and Fedex, depending on the items that are ordered. 

Ground orders usually take 1 to 5 days for delivery depending on what part of the country you are in. We offer Second Day shipping and Overnight shipping as requested. 

All parts and supplies are guaranteed 100% to be free of defect. It is rare for parts to be received defective. However, if this is deemed to be the case, you will receive an identical replacement of the item that was ordered. 

We are working on the smallest markup margins to get you the very best price. Therefore, all parts orders are considered special order and cannot be returned. If you are not sure of the exact part you need, we are happy to spend time with you on the telephone, and fax you parts diagrams of your machine so you can circle the exact part you need. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you. We have been selling parts and supplies for over 23 years, and have over 250,000 satisfied customers.

All returns need to be processed within 30 days of receiving the product, with a valid return authorization number written on the box.

Customer must provide the tracking number of returned product for proof of return delivery. The cost of shipping to return a product is the responsibility of the customer within the 30 day period.

After that period, no returns will be accepted.
